Decathlon, the world leader in sporting goods, operates in a demanding environment: design teams spread across multiple continents, continuous product launches, and a growing need to produce quickly, effectively, and consistently.

With AUTRICE, the goal is to enable designers, product managers, writers, and digital teams to work within the same environment, both in the design languages ​​(where products are conceived) and the publishing languages ​​(where they are marketed). We are building the conditions for seamless collaboration with targeted updates: real-time work, version sharing, feedback, and faster approvals, without any breaks in the chain or loss of information. Another key aspect of this approach is consistency: the ambition is to automate editorial, graphic, and UX guidelines directly within the platform, so that the rules are applied seamlessly to all content, regardless of format, device, or scenario.

The goal: to guarantee overall consistency while maintaining the ability to adapt messages locally.

Finally, this collaboration enables accessibility as a native standard, not as an option. Content produced via AUTRICE is automatically and effortlessly ATAWADAC (AnyTime, AnyWhere, Any Device, Any Content) and aligned with WCAG standards, compatible with NVDA and VoiceOver to support an inclusive experience for all users.

Beyond the technology, we are moving forward with a support approach: scoping workshops, setting up guidelines, training teams, responsive support, and co-creating a roadmap aligned with DECATHLON's ambition (new languages, new user journeys, automation of new content types, etc.). The objective is to progressively build a sustainable, scalable framework adapted to the teams' actual pace.

As a leading hairdressing group in Europe, PROVALLIANCE relies on AUTRICE to structure, share, and bring to life all of its educational and brand content within its professional and HR academies. With hundreds of salons, brands, and profiles to train, the group needed a single environment to create, organize, and distribute styles, protocols, training materials, and HR content, without ever losing overall consistency.

Thanks to AUTRICE, the academic, marketing, and HR teams now work on a single platform designed specifically for the industry:

INNOV AKADEMY, an agency specializing in instructional design and L&D, chose AUTRICE to industrialize the creation of its training modules while preserving its core strength: creative, demanding, and deeply human learning experiences.

Thanks to AUTRICE, the agency now generates hundreds of hours of inclusive, ready-to-use content: e-learning, virtual classrooms, blended learning paths, reinforcement resources, facilitation materials, and more. The teams design the learning scenarios based on their business logic, then use the platform to produce, adapt, and modify the content without any loss of quality or consistency.

Our collaboration with the French Ministry of Armies


As a key player in national defense, the French Ministry of the Armed Forces has chosen AUTRICE to regain control over the design and production of its training content. Its primary need: to ensure its digital sovereignty by replacing a leading American player with a solution that is controlled, hosted, and operated according to its security and confidentiality requirements.

AUTRICE becomes the common editorial building block for two key audiences:

Subject matter experts (operations, maintenance, logistics, cybersecurity, command, etc.) who need to formalize and transmit critical, often highly specialized and contextualized knowledge;

Experienced instructional designers who design, structure, and orchestrate complex, multimodal, and high-stakes learning paths.

Within a single environment, experts can easily contribute, document procedures, and enrich content, while training teams have access to advanced tools for scripting, structuring, and industrializing production, without sacrificing subject-matter expertise. Our collaboration with LAGARDÈRE TRAVEL RETAIL

A key player in the travel retail sector, LAGARDÈRE TRAVEL RETAIL called upon AUTRICE to successfully navigate a strategic transition: migrating all of its training content from an LMS to the next one. Beyond a simple technical transfer, the challenge was twofold: to improve the pedagogical quality of existing content and to streamline its production to meet the pace and scale of the group's training needs.

The AUTRICE team took over all the content to be migrated: rewriting, structuring, harmonizing modules, modernizing formats, and clarifying learning paths. Each resource was reviewed to enhance clarity, business impact, and alignment with the brand's standards and the Learning & Development teams.

In parallel, we implemented models, templates, and editorial rules to produce and update content at scale, without starting from scratch for each request.

The result: a migration completed in record time, with an increased level of quality, a smoother experience for learners, and a strengthened capacity for LAGARDÈRE TRAVEL RETAIL to maintain and grow its new training ecosystem.
